The Very Important Team – VIT’s 

Volunteers at Spotlight are called the ‘VIT’s – Very Important Team. Volunteers are the incredible, well-oiled cog, in Spotlight’s multi-million-pound youth offer. We encourage volunteers who are local to Tower Hamlets, pan-London and from overseas to join the team. If you feel passionate about inspiring the next generation or would like to perfect your skills in a welcoming environment – volunteering at Spotlight is for you!
