Future Me, Future Youth aims to amplify the voices and views of young people from east London to build a sense of hope and aspiration. Despite the devastating impact of the pandemic they have shaped a space for young people aged 14 – 25 to share their experiences, exchange ideas and connect with new people. The free event will include four discussions and four breakout rooms where we will have conversations around the important topics of education, employment, community involvement and self-resilience, all through the lens of a young person, and in a fun and informative way. Apprentice roles – Careers (tfl.gov.uk) TFL are opening 10 apprenticeship schemes in roles across TfL including engineering, procurement and management. They are looking to hire around 45 apprentices to start in September 2021. Their level 4, 5 and 6 Apprenticeships are open now.
The Inverse Apprentice is a creative entrepreneurship programme provoked by the TV show ‘The Apprentice’. Our format, in contrast to the TV programme, is led entirely by the participants – Tower Hamlets residents.
